Privacy Policy

• the customer has the right to use his subscription for a maximum period of 60 days 
• delivery days for subscriptions are from Saturday till Thursday (6days a week)
• drivers waiting time at the place of delivery will be only 10 minutes 
• changing the delivery place will be with extra charge of 50 SR
• customers can freeze the subscription for only 2 times each time can be freezed for only 10 days max 
• the customer has the right to re-fund the remaining money unless the subscription exceeds 5 days from the start date.
• in case of refund our company will deduct 10% from the total amount for refund service and transfer fees +the consumed meals before the refund.
